Every charter comes with a skilled crew, all required safety gear, fuel, and a selection of basic drinks. Each service varies in its offerings — for instance, romantic cruises feature enhanced beverage selections and light bites, and business charters come equipped with meeting facilities and tailored catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest reserving your charter 2–3 weeks ahead of time, and even earlier during our busy season (May–September). For tailored events like corporate gatherings or special celebrations, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for optimal options and customization time.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the charter?
Our primary concern is safety. If our captain determines the weather is not safe, we'll propose a new date for your charter or issue a full refund. We keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out to you if conditions are looking uncertain 24 hours prior to your planned departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments?
Indeed, guests may bring their own snacks and refreshments aboard. We also provide excellent catering solutions and can personalize your dining experience according to your tastes. For safety, please note that glassware is prohibited on the yacht.
Is there yacht access for guests with physical disabilities?
Accessibility for all guests is important to us. Certain yachts are equipped with better accessibility features. We urge you to discuss your specific requirements when booking, so we can recommend the appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel your trip more than 72 hours prior to departure, you will receive a complete refund. Cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded, except in the case of inclement weather or yacht malfunctions on our end.
